Casey and John took care of my needs here. Were very helpful and suggested a riser hitch which they had. Got me loaded educates and out the door. Thanks guys from KandH Construction team.

Needed a dump trailer on very short notice (morning of). Interstate was able to get me exactly what I needed. The whole experience was efficient and low stress. Casey did a great job getting the equipment hooked up to my truck. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to move a refrigerator and it required an appliance dolly and a metal ramp. I found Interstate Rentals was available so I stopped over. I had an excellent series of interactions at Interstate Rentals on Schmeer Rd. They offer a wide variety of equipment similar to and exceeding competing big box stores. Each person I encountered that worked there was friendly knowledgeable and efficient. They had great interpersonal communication with each other. The prices are fair and reasonable without hidden fees or charges. I extended one rental in order to overcome a job obstacle and it was totally uncomplicated. A real pleasure to experience this kind of professionalism and directness. I will absolutely choose their services in my DIY future.

Had a quick rental of a couple things I needed picked up, and they had no problems helping and making the whole transaction smooth and easy. Every employee I spoke with was helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Terrific place to rent well maintained equipment. Friendly and well organized was in and out really fast. I rented a 31hp stump grinder. Ran flawlessly for 2 days. Will rent from them again.

Interstate Rentals took my reservation over 2 months out for a much needed piece of equipment. 2 weeks from the rental, they inform me that they can't honor the reservation because they are letting someone keep the equipment for months on end and it won't be back in time for my critical project. Unapologetically, they state they are doing me a favor by finding me someone else who rents it for 30 percent more. Steer clear if you want to secure something for an important job. In their response below, see their attitude--reservations aren't reservations---the way to "make it right" is to honor your reservations, or don't take them.

We rented scaffolding for a very unique configuration and Mark was incredibly helpful making sure that we got what we needed & he went out of his way so we could return it at a time that worked for us. We will definitely be working with them again.
